RUNNING FOR THE LOVE OF WESLEY!

If you happen to see a man running down the street wearing a T-shirt that reads, “Running for the love of Wesley Community Centers” please give him a honk or, better yet, grab your running shoes and join in! During the weeks of October 22, October 30, and November 6, 2006 Wesley’s dedicated volunteer, Bill Briggs, will be running to many area churches to deliver urgent material about our annual fund raiser, The Love Walk/Run.

Wesley's annual fundraiser The Love Walk/Run will take place Saturday, February 10, 2007. The 5K run kicks off at 7:45am and the 3.6K walk (with a 2.4K alternative route) starts at 9:00am.

Now, more than ever before, Wesley is in need of community support. As expenses continue to rise so do the number of people in need of services. (An average of 400 calls for help come in each month.) A donation to Wesley gives a helpful hand to those in need, in this community. All contributions are tax deductible. Please call (912) 236-4226 for more information.
