Wesley Community Centers of Savannah, Inc. announces its Community Event The Love Walk/Run, scheduled for Saturday, February 13, 2010. Hosted by Senior Meteorologist Pat Prokop. Special Performances by Jazz Legend Ben Tucker and Singer Extraordinaire Huxie Scott. Food provided by Sticky Fingers.

The 5K run kicks off at 7:45am and the 3.6 mile walk (or shorter alternative route) begins at 10:00 am. The run starts at the South end of Forsyth Park near Park and Bull by the tennis courts. The walk starts at the Fort in Forsyth Park (across from The Mansion on Drayton Street).

Join us for pre and post rallies, food, entertainment and fellowship.

Funds raised will support critical programs that directly impact women, children, and families who are struggling through poverty to find self sufficiency.
